I have been so super busy, I made this card a few weeks ago because I just knew I wasn't going to have time. After I made it, I wanted to share it with everyone right then and there because it was so stinkin' cute. So without further ado...
...For the base of the card, I used Kraft Paper (8 1/2 x 4 1/4). I used these really cute birdie stamps ( I have to think about where these stamps are from) and colored them in with prismacolor pencils and blending tools. I stamped these birdies directly on the kraft paper to see an illusion of a shadow behind them as I set them on pop dots. Using a border punch (Upper Crest) for the birdies to rest upon followed by a really thick brown and white polk-a-dot ribbon. I finally used a heart punch to cut out five hearts in a white cardstock and attached them to ribbon that coordinates with the colors used for the birdies. Finally, I stamped the sentiment 'Friendships are tied together with Heart Strings' from our sponsor My Heart Stamps for You!
